About Us
Ironwood Investment Management, LLC® is an independent, employee owned investment management firm located in Boston, Massachusetts. The focus of the firm is singularly placed on quality investment management rather than trading, brokerage, banking or mass distribution of investment products. Warren Isabelle formed Ironwood Investment Management in late 1997. The firm was created to specialize in domestic, small company stock investments, leveraging off of Mr. Isabelle's experience at Pioneer Management Company as a portfolio manager and the firm's head of domestic investments. In 1998, portfolio manager Donald Collins joined the firm from Boston Advisors as one of the firm's principals.
Located in Boston's Financial District, Ironwood Investment Management is comfortable in its role as a specialized, client oriented investment firm operating in the shadows of the industry giants. We realize have an advantage over the Goliaths in providing an independent, autonomous view of the investment landscape and a personal responsibility to deliver results to our clients.
